The team was exceptionally welcoming, especially Mr Mohamed Ehab at reception, providing assistance throughout our stay. The room size was impressive, and the bed comfort allowed for a refreshing rest each night.

The overall maintenance of some pool areas seemed a bit lacking.

Try the sorbet at the bakery—it’s a refreshing treat after spending time in the sun!

The pool view from our bungalow was stunning and added to our stay. The activities for kids were genuinely impressive, with a variety of slides and pools to keep them entertained.

Although the entertainment options were plentiful, some evenings felt crowded.

The variety of dining options was ample, though the food could have been more diverse, as some meals felt quite basic. The water park provided endless entertainment, but it was disappointing to find a couple of rides closed and the lazy river non-functional. Nonetheless, the vibrant atmosphere made for a memorable stay.

Had a fantastic time at Pickalbatros. The facilities are impressive. The pools are gorgeous, and the aqua park kept my kids entertained for hours. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Mr Ahmed Tohamy stood out, always smiling and eager to help. Food options were a hit, especially the themed buffet nights. Black Hole slide was thrilling! Small disappointment with limited alcoholic mixers—couldn’t find my favorite cocktails. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, especially in our room, which made it tricky to stay connected. Overall, I would definitely come back.

We had this amazing moment when the staff helped us get a room close to all the action, like really close, made things easy for our kids. Plus, the water slides. they were just brilliant! My kids couldn’t get enough of them!
